February 22, 2017: Jim Cole's story, "The Asphodel Meadow," in our Fall 2016 issue, has won a PEN America award recognizing debut writers' first published works. We wish to express our congratulations to Jim, and our thanks goes to all those who had a hand in reviewing and accepting our nomination.
February 8, 2017: Adam Tavel (Spring 2010) is having a new book of poetry published. Due out April 29 through Salmon Press, The Fawn Abyss was a finalist for the 2010 Intro Poetry Prize with Four Way Books, a finalist for the 2010 Open Readings with Sarabande Books, and a semi-finalist for the 2011 De Novo Prize with C&R Press.
